Can I buy as a private customer?
Yes. We welcome private customers and businesses, with orders starting from one piece. Build your selection and request a quote to confirm availability, sizing and delivery.
How do volume prices work?
The total number of pieces in your selection determines the indicative saving: 5% from 10 pieces, 10% from 50 and 15% from 100. You can mix styles and sizes. Final pricing is confirmed in your written quote.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Add the same item in each preferred size and set the quantity for each. The size options are requests; we confirm actual measurements and availability before payment.
How do I place and pay for an order?
Open your selection and prepare an enquiry email, or download the order summary and email it to us. We will confirm the full price, availability, delivery and payment instructions. A website selection is an enquiry and does not charge you or reserve stock.
Do you deliver to the EU?
We accept delivery enquiries across the UK and EU. The destination, order size and availability determine the delivery quote. Any applicable import VAT, customs duties or handling charges will be explained before you accept.
What if I need to return an item?
Consumers buying at a distance generally have 14 days after delivery to tell us they wish to cancel, then a further 14 days to return the goods. Faulty-goods rights remain protected. Business returns follow the agreed order terms. See our Refund Policy for the details.
